When you send a freight inquiry through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and shipment details, plus any optional details you choose to add: company, phone number, freight type, and pickup and delivery locations. When you email or call us, we receive the information you share in that communication. Please do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information.
How the contact form works
The form is processed by this website’s server. Each inquiry is saved in the website’s administration area, which only authorized administrators can access, and is sent by email to [email protected] with your email address as the reply-to address. Stored copies of form inquiries are deleted automatically from the website after 180 days.
To prevent spam and abuse, the website uses a security token, a hidden anti-spam field, and a temporary, one-way hashed value derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. That value is kept for no longer than 10 minutes.
